Seattle officials will announce a guy buy back this morning at 10. // All district schools in Steubenville, Ohio, were locked down for about 90 minutes today because of a shooting threat made on social media. The kid featured in the disturbing Steubenville rape video has dropped out of college and says he's ashamed of his behavior. // A battle over a tree has ended peacefully. Former American League batting champ John Olerud wanted a better view from his Clyde Hill home. But a tree growing in his downhill neighbor's back yard obscured the view. The city has ruled the tree can be taken down, but Olerud will have to pay for removal. // CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS: A $1 million lottery winner woke up with cyanide poisoning the day after lottery officials wrote him a check. And a man in Portland is accused of choking his girlfriend with his dreadlocks.
