A new video has been released showing questionable police conduct. Hours after Seattle police Officer Clayton Powell physically confronted a man during a disturbance call, a video shows Powell entering a holding cell and acting as if he were going to punch the man inside. // Federal regulators will announce today that they are launching a major review of the safety of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner's electrical systems. This comes from two mishaps earlier this week in Boston. // The Seahawks take on the Atlanta Falcons Sunday. We talk to former Seahawk and KIRO 7 anchor Steve Raible. // It appears that bullying played a key role in the California school shooting that took place yesterday. The 16-year-old shooter allegedly composed a list of students he wanted to kill last year, and told authorities he had been bullied for more than a year.
