Outgoing Secretary of State Clinton is testifying before Congress this morning, explaining her response to a Sept. 11 terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi. "I take responsibility," Clinton told the committee. "Nobody is more committed to getting this right." // Kevin Johnson says Seattle shouldn't celebrate too soon. But did he mean to say Sacramento will be the "final resting place" of the Kings? // Washington state lawmakers are considering a change in state law that would allow law enforcement to access red light, traffic safety and toll camera footage while investigating crimes. // Jay Inslee says his meeting with Attorney General Eric Holder was "very satisfying" and a "confidence builder." Kim Shepard has details on Inslee's meeting with Holder, plus comment from a Washington State Liquor Control Board hearing last night. The forum was looking into the taxation, sale and consumption of marijuana.
