FIRST THINGS FIRST More details have arisen about the Twilight Exit shooter and the policeman who took him down. Officer Anthony Ducre, who stopped the Twilight Exit shooter, won a Medal of Courage for his bravery in action last year. // King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg is supporting some changes in how minors are reprimanded under state law for gun possession. He says the old system is so lenient that it actually hurts the juveniles who get caught with guns and wants to ratchet up the response to these crimes. // Alex Koch was at the Twilight Exit when gunfire broke out. He joins the show now to tell us what it was like to be there and how the incident affected him. // The Seattle Times released some polling data that suggests that the Emerald City doesn't have that many NBA fans (or NHL fans).
