You might have a special election ballot on your counter that you have yet to open. Inside, there's a Seattle Schools operations and capital levy request of $1.25 billion. It's the district's largest request ever. I'll take you to a school in West Seattle that the district says makes the case for why they're asking taxpayers for money.
