FIRST THINGS FIRST // The state legislature is looking into a tougher DUI punishment that would make drunk drivers who commit manslaughter to pay child support to any children that they orphan. KIRO Radio's Chris Sullivan gives us the details. // A homeless surfer who bludgeoned a violent man with his hatchet has become an internet celebrity, but the wife of the man who got hit with the hatchet isn't laughing. She says he is mentally ill and needs help. // DAVE OF THE DAY We are the farthest away from the last Dave Ross Commentary and the farthest away from the next Dave Ross Commentary. The move Lincoln is in trouble with the state of Connecticut for misrepresenting them in the film. We hear Dave Ross and Congressman Joe Courtney of Connecticut. // Lay's Potato Chips has been asking people to suggest new chip flavors and pictures have leaked pictures of three new flavors: chicken and waffles, sriracha, and cheesy garlic bread. Rachel and Andrew discuss what unique flavors are their favorites and what they would like the chip industry to come up with.
