Date: Mon February 11, 2013 Show: Ross and Burbank Pope Benedict XVI announced this morning he will resign Feb. 28. The 85-year-old pontiff says he no longer has the mental and physical strength to cope with the demands of his ministry. // Authorities are offering a $1 million reward for information leading to the arrest of Christopher Dorner. Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Police Department will reopen its investigation into the 2007 episode that led to the firing of Christopher J. Dorner. // Washington state's Capitol is one of the few in the country with no restrictions on firearms. Protest signs, on the other hand, and forbidden. // A report commissioned by Joe Paterno's family says the late coach did nothing wrong in his handling of the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal. The report portrays Paterno as the victim of a "rush to injustice" created by former FBI director Louis Freeh. The new report calls Freeh's investigation "a profound failure."
