Michael was a fierce defender of his brother and father, and he was engaged in a legal battle with the Cox family over insurance policies issued to Josh Powell and sons Charlie, 7, and Braden, 5. We talk to Cox family lawyer Anne Bermner about the case. // Disabled Carnival Cruise ship Triumph continues to limp toward Mobile, Alabama, today.
