FIRST THINGS FIRST The cruise ship Triumph, or as Andrew has affectionately named it, Hellboat, is slowly floating into port in Mobile, Alabama. There are even more accounts from passengers that sewage is dripping and flowing where it shouldn't be on the boat. // A new bill aims to bring cigar bars back to Washington State, by creating an exemption for them specifically. Previous similar bills have vetoed by the governor. KIRO Radio's Chris Sullivan brings us the details. // The cruise ship Triumph has docked and some people are slowly disembarking. We hear from the Carnival CEO Gerry Cahill, who has vowed to board the ship and personally apologize to passengers.
