NBA Hall of Famer Rick Barry says the return of the NBA to Seattle is important for the league and that if Shaq would have changed his foul shots it would have changed the entire dynamics of his career. He also says the debate over who is the greatest NBA player of all time must be judged by position because it's a team game.
