WA Rep. Wants to Help Pot Smokers

Date: Thu February 21, 2013 Show: Jason Rantz Show State representative Joe Fitzgibbon says now that I-502 makes pot legal, people with previous misdemeanor pot convictions should be able to go back to court and get it expunged from their records. He says this would give people a second chance to get a job, housing and more...but Jason isn't so sure it is a perfect idea.
