And those who don’t remember the name certainly remember the story: Storro drew a wave of national sympathy when she told police that a stranger had doused her face with acid. But two weeks later, it turned out she'd actually dumped the acid on herself, then lied about the attack. Luke Burbank sat down with Storro recently to talk about events that led up to the horrific incident and her quest to find forgiveness now. It all began, as so many things that spin of control do, with one simple mistake that snowballed.
