After a car crash on State Route 16, 9-year-old Donovan Best was taken off life support on Sunday, and his family is struggling to pay for his funeral. On Thursday, Don and Ed Troyer with the Pierce County Sheriff's Department started a fund to accept donations for Donovan's funeral expenses.
