Two drivers were injured in a wrong-way crash this morning on eastbound Rt. 520 near the University of Washington at Montlake. Nearly a dozen crashes are slowing down this morning's commute. Kimi Kline and Tim Haeck join Dave and Luke. // The Seattle City Council has two options concerning the Pacific Place garage downtown, and neither is any good: keep it and continue losing $2 million a year. Or sell it and pay about $20 million in prepayment penalties. // The City Attorney's office will not file an assault charge against a Seattle police officer involved in an excessive force incident last summer. Officer Clayton Powell pushed a man four times and pulled his hair during a pellet-gun shooting investigation Aug. 2 in South Seattle. The city attorney will file an assault charge in an incident that happened last September. The City alleges an SPD officer intentionally assaulted a handcuffed man after that man assaulted the SPD officer's wife, who is also a police office. // What looked like another tale of NCAA greed has taken a different turn. Louisville and Adidas appeared capitalizing on Kevin Ware's season-ending injury by selling team t-shirts reading Rise to the Occasion. Now Adidas and Louisville say profits from sales will be donated to a scholarship fund.
