Last night's Academy of Country Music Awards had a huge surprise at the end. If you drive a certain section of I-5, you might not notice the unassuming, small S-U-V parked along the shoulder, but you'd better pay attention to the work zone. Otherwise, it will cost you. The concept of fixer's collectives or repair cafes started in the Netherlands originally and came to the Bronx several years ago. Now there are handfuls in the Puget Sound area. The Mariners home opener is today and CBS's Susan Spencer reviews the new baseball movie '42.'
