A new law in Washington will allow drivers on the 520 bridge to plead their cases before a judge if they feel they got unfairly penalized for not paying a toll on time. We talk to Rep. Cyrus Habib, the Kirkland lawmaker who sponsored the bill. // Port Angeles High School students are boycotting school dances because of a school rule known as Face to Face, Leave Some Space. The rules ban back-to-front dancing. School officials say it could lead to inappropriate grinding. Students say the rules also bans dances like the conga line. // Winning fixes everything? Steubenville high school has given their controversial football coach a contract extension. // The Justice Department is suing Lance Armstrong to recover millions of dollars the U.S. Postal Service spent to sponsor the cycling team. USPS could probably use the money.
