Newly released recordings of 911 calls made during the Federal Way shooting spree depict a chilling scene. One man described what sounded like a gang war, and another said he'd watched as two men were cut down by gunfire. // Pot News: A group of prosecutors and crime-lab scientists lawmakers to tweak the legal definition of marijuana. The new zoning plan could create a large marijuana district in the SODO neighborhood. Police arrested three Seattle residents Wednesday morning for allegedly selling marijuana and pot-laced food to Ballard middle and high school students. // Lawmakers in Olympia are focusing on a narrower set of changes to the state's DUI laws. The scaled back changes will not include a 10-year ban on alcohol purchasing by three-time offenders. Nor will it require that all cars impounded during DUI arrests be outfitted with ignition-interlock devices before being returned to the driver. // George Bush says, painting has changed my life.
