Tom, Thierry and Katie Oh are at Tom's house doing the show this week. They discuss the ingredient of the week, pork. Special guests Dan Bugge - Owner of Radiator Whiskey and Chefs Tyler Palagi and Charlie Garrison join the show to discuss how to cook with Whiskey. Spring is coming and the chefs have some great recipes involving maple syrup. Finally, guest Stephanie Robinett from All Recipes gives you some of her favorite spring time recipes.
