Tom Tangney reviews all of the upcoming blockbuster films including 'The Great Gatsby.' 40-percent of smartphone owners fail to use even the most basic security measures; things like a password-protected screenlock. Women and girls age 15 and over will soon be able to buy emergency contraception without a prescription. The Ballard neighborhood is changing. New condos are being built and changing the scenery and demographic.
