Police cameras only work if they're turned on, and the lack of any police video of a February shooting of a mentally disturbed man in North Seattle is raising concerns. // A Washington state senator did not contact authorities after his wife discovered his 15-year-old son sexually abusing a younger child earlier this year. // A judge today ordered Ariel Castro, the man accused in the kidnapping of three women and a young child, to be held on $8 million bail, $2 million for each case. Police have uncovered an apparent suicide note and letter of admission written by Castro. // Veteran diplomat Gregory Hicks says he was demoted after raising questions about the Security Department's account of what happened in Benghazi last Sept. 11.
