The list, however, will not be public. // An online harassment horror story: a guy breaks up with his girlfriend. She's not happy about it. So she starts harassing him online, so much so that it leads to a prison sentence for her. But before she is forced to serve it, she leaves the country. Now she continues to harass the guy from abroad.
