-Seattle could be introducing new public toilets downtown. We all know how that went last time. -The state Liquor Control Board has released draft rules for a legal seed-to-store marijuana system. Another hurdle for legal marijuana businesses will be financing. Federally insured banks won't touch them. -The Richland florist being sued by the state for discriminating against a gay couple is countersuing the state. -A tennis player lost it on the judge when his challenge was overruled. He even grabs a TV camera to point at the spot on the clay.
