Some good news this morning from Oklahoma: the number killed has been revised down -- from 51 to 24. // Police in Utah say the search for Susan Cox Powell is over, ending the three-and-a-half year investigation into her disappearance. Cox family attorney Anne Bremner says the silver lining is that police records are coming out. // The City of Seattle will appeal a ruling by a federal judge who says a jury should hear a civil-rights lawsuit filed by a Greenwood man who was shot in the face by a SPD officer during a standoff in 2009. // The UW is expanding its online course offerings. Only problem is, few online course providers offer credit or any recognized credential for students who finish courses. They also can't be gathered together to create a degree program.
