According to sources of ESPN's Keith Law, Mariners GM Jack Zduriencik is on "the hot seat" and it's getting hotter every day. Is it time for the Mariners to make a change in the front office? What about Eric Wedge? Is he doing what he can to make this team the best it can be? A caller thinks Wedge is not a good teacher at all and Zduriencik has had 5 years to turn things around and hasn't succeeded. Another caller however, likes what Zduriencik has done and thinks he should get more time.
The guys go over what happened the last time there was a big managerial/general manager change. Has it gotten to that point with this current team quite yet?
Is it time to consider getting the most in return for the assets you have on your team? Hisashi Iwakuma is pitching like an ace and getting paid like a low end 3rd starter. Mike Morse most likely won't be here when the M's contend and neither will Kendrys Morales. Is it time to think about what you could get in a trade?
