Robert Bales has agreed to plead guilty to killing 16 Afghans in order to avoid the death penalty. // Eric Holder is facing a new round of criticism over the Justice Department's campaign against leaks to the news media. // Today is the one year anniversary of the Cafe Racer shooting. Walt Stawicki, the father of the Cafe Racer shooter Ian Stawicki, is still pushing for stronger laws to get mentally ill people off the street. // The Seattle Department of Parks and Recreation discovered radiological contamination in Magnuson Park in 2009. They fenced off the area but didn't publicly announce the problem.
