Police in Lake Stevens are looking for the gunman who shot and killed a 15-year-old girl in a drive by shooting this weekend. Kim Shepard spoke to some of the girl's classmates this morning. // Seattle is considering public toilets in Pioneer Square again, this time in partnership with a downtown developer. // The homeless group SHARE is facing accusations that it forces residents to trade advocacy for shelter. // The IRS has a new headache: the Cupid Shuffle. The agency is also taking heat for spending an estimated $49 million on at least 220 conferences for employees over a three-year span beginning in fiscal 2010.
