Federal Way Police are reviewing a recent use of force incident involving a woman diagnosed with cognitive and hearing disabilities. The woman was punched several times while being restrained. But police say the woman assaulted them. // REI is ending its legendary no-deadline, no-questions-asked return policy. Some customers were buying products, using them for years, then returning them. // Conservative groups who were targeted by the IRS are testifying on Capitol Hill today. Some House Republicans are threatening to impose limitations on IRS funding in an attempt to find out why the agency targeted conservative groups for review. // The rising percentage of parents opting out of mandatory vaccination could be a major factor in the recent increase in whooping cough cases, a new study reports.
