State troopers are looking for the truck that passed the wide load that crashed into the I-5 bridge over the Skagit River just before that bridge collapsed. // Michelle Obama has no patience for hecklers. The AP reports Susan Rice will replace President Obama's top national security adviser Tom Donilon, who is resigning. // The Seattle City Council is considering a bill that would limit when employers can ask applicants about their criminal history. (It would ban the box on job applications that asks applicants if they've ever been convicted of a crime.) // Seattle-area traffic it getting worse -- it increased by 16 percent between April 2012 and April 2013. The good news though: it's because more people have jobs.
