Dustin Ackley has started to hit at the Triple A level. Is it a mirage or is this exactly what Ackley needed to get himself right? Adding to the problem if there is one, Nick Franklin is holding his own well and even providing a bit of a spark at second base. Is there anyway, Ackley can reclaim his spot if Franklin continues to play like he has? Rob Neyer of SB Nation talks about the possibility of Nick Franklin possibly moving to shortstop next season if he continues to progress and Ackley figures things out in AAA. He also addresses the possibility of drug suspensions for the players linked to Biogenesis. Tom thinks Major League Baseball is being a bit of a bully and pushing around Tony Bosch to give the names of people who may have received PEDs from him. He thinks they are overstepping their bounds to prove they are ultra-tough on drug users. A lawyer calls in and says the lawsuit is not a garbage lawsuit.
