Originally aired: Monday, June 10, 2013

Monday marks the 50th anniversary of the Equal Pay Act. Acknowledging there definitely is a gap, an often-mentioned statistic is that women on average earn about 77 cents for every dollar earned by men, KIRO Radio's Ross and Burbank Show had a discussion about just what they think is responsible.
