We talk to Brian Robinson about how the changes might affect him. Robinson owns Jet City Property Management and was active in opposing the bill. // ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL A confused contractor tore up a section of the running track at Federal Way's Sequoyah Middle School instead of nearby Saghalie Middle School before realizing his mistake.
