The proposal goes even further than a bill that died in the Legislature earlier this year. // Mayor McGinn wants to fund speed cameras in five more school zones using ticket revenue from existing traffic cameras. // Pope Francis is reported to have acknowledged the existence of a gay lobby inside the Vatican. According to a new Gallup Poll, 49% now view George Bush favorably while 46% view him unfavorably -- the first time since 2005 that his rating has been more positive than negative.
