The ACLU is suing the Obama administration over the NSA dragnet surveillance program. Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and Yahoo have requested secrecy orders be eased so that they can tell the public the number and scope of NSA information requests received. // An Oak Harbor man is upset about plans to build a new McDonalds in that city. It would be the third McDonalds in Oak Harbor. The man would prefer an Olive Garden. (He really likes Olive Garden.) Federal Way High School is considering including a daycare for teenage parents in designs for a new school. // Brandi Kruse joins the show with a story about a man who assaulted a neighbor with a baseball bat. The twist is, the assaulter thought the neighbor was attacking his son. // ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ZERO TOLERANCE: A 14-year-old Marysville Middle School student has been suspended for the rest of the school year (two weeks) because he pretended to shoot at students using his hands as simulated guns.
