Two men managed to steal 4.3 miles of copper wiring from light rail tracks over a nine month period, costing Sound Transit $1.3 million. // Taxi drivers protested at city hall yesterday, escalating tensions again between them, for-hire drivers, and ride-share car companies. // The Obama administration has, for the first time, publicly named four dozen Guantanamo captives it defines as indefinite detainees -- men too dangerous to transfer but who cannot be tried in a court of law. We talked last fall to one of the lawyers representing one of the captives, and we replay some of the tape. // NSA director Gen. Keith Alexander is on Capitol Hill this morning discussing his agency's surveillance tactics. Alexander says government surveillance programs have helped stop more than 50 potential terrorist events since the Sept. 11 attacks.
