Mayor Mike McGinn sparred with a testy Congressman today in Washington, D.C. over his harsh words against the coal industry. -Local governments are the biggest spenders on lobbyists in Olympia. Sammamish City Councilman John Curley gives us the inside scoop on what those lobbyists actually do. -The mayors of Seattle, New York, and about a dozen other cities are petitioning the federal government to ban the purchasing of soda and sugary drinks with federal food assistance. -Actor James Gandolfini passed away today of an apparent heart attack. Andrew was especially affected.
