Dave and Luke talk to Peter Nicolas, a University of Washington law professor and expert on gay rights. // Texas senator Wendy Davis yesterday stood for 13 hours to filibuster a controversial abortion bill. // Seattle metro anti-terrorism ads have been taken down. // Hong Kong says it was a name mix-up that allowed Edward Snowden to slip out of the city. According to Hong Kong immigration records, Joseph is the middle name in Mr. Snowden's passport. The U.S. asked for Edward James Snowden.
