Videotaped police interrogations of Josh Powell

Seven Seattle mayoral candidates were asked at a recent forum to choose a book, any book, that was particularly meaningful to them and read a passage from it. Tom Tangney tells us about a controversial pick. The West Valley City Police, in Utah, released nearly four hours of videotaped police interrogations of Josh Powell after a public records request. We learn a little more about Powell through his first police interview after her disappearance. Part 1: Chris Sullivan spoke with Jennifer Graves, Josh Powell's sister who just wrote a book. She says writing this book was the best therapy for the four years of murders, suicides and anguish she has been dealing with. Liv Finne at the Washington Policy Center talked with Dave Ross about the education bill that directs schools to spend less on social services, and focus instead on early reading and and training new teachers. It was a night of celebration in many parts of the country after two Supreme Court rulings on same-sex marriage. Tim Haeck explains whats next for gay marriage supporters.
