One of the pilots involved in the Asiana flight 214 crash says he was blinded by a light shortly before the crash. Investigators now say after the crash, passengers were told to stay seated while the crew contacted the control tower. The evacuation didn't begin until 90 seconds after the aircraft came to rest and only when fire was spotted by a flight attendant. // An unarmed man shot 16 times by officers is now filing a $20 million claim against the Department of Corrections. King County Sheriff John Urquhart joins Dave and Luke to talk about the case. // Khalid Sheikh Mohammed reportedly made a vacuum cleaner while he was in prison and liked to read Harry Potter books. Despite the recent protests in Egypt, the shooting of Morsi supporters, etc., etc., things have suspiciously gotten better in Egypt. So much so that the NYT is reporting a possible campaign to undermine ousted President Mohamed Morsi. // The death toll of a train crash and explosion in Quebec has reached 50. The owner of the train company blamed the derailment on an engineer he said didn't properly apply brakes. The explosion in Canada has the Dept. of Ecology in Washington state thinking about the consequences of a similar situation here.
