Study finds introverts are happier if they act like extroverts

Hey all you introverts out there. I've got the key to your happiness. You know what it is? It's simple. Be more like an extrovert! That's right. Stop being so passive and modest and become the outgoing, gregarious extrovert you think you don't want to be. You'll be happier for it. Psychology professor John Zelenski of Carleton University explains the results of the study.
