At 90th and Aurora in Seattle, a coffee shop owner put up a message on his reader board -- Tell the Commons to Stop. The Commons is a church-sponsored gathering place for drug addicts which provides a kitchen and needle exchange. Will menthol cigarettes be banned? Alex Rodriguez may be facing a lifetime ban from the MLB. Tom Tangney looks into it. The SPD needed a warrant to search a trailer so they took it to evidence only to find out that there were people inside of it. What is next for the NSA's surveillance program?
