One frightening police chief

Mark Kessler is the police chief of Gilberton, PA, and because he's a sworn officer he can legally fire fully automatic weapons, and make videos of himself doing it. By just 12 votes, the US House voted to continue the collection of hundreds of millions of Americans' phone records in the fight against terrorism. CBS correspondent Howard Arenstein joins the show. Experts say poverty remains a huge problem in the East Side. Josh Kerns takes a look at the charity of the month Hopelink, and how they are helping. Brock and Danny live from the VMAC.
