Gary Payton will be the Grand Marshal of the Seafair Parade! He will drive one of the hydro planes and be a part of the parade. Gary Payton, the star basketball player, Olympic gold medalist and philanthropist has been named Grand Marshal of the 2013 Seafair Torchlight Parade, you'll see Payton dressed as King Neptune during the parade. Deployed soldier returns home from deployment to discover his dog was sold in his absence, maybe even sold on Craigslist. Attorney General, Eric Holder says that Snowden won't face the death penalty if sent home. Holder has assured the Russian government that the U.S. has no plans to seek the death penalty for former National Security Agency systems analyst Edward Snowden, who has been charged with espionage and is seeking asylum. Do Republicans weigh in on the side of national security and foreign intervention or of privacy and greater international detachment? Chris Christie and Rand Paul, most likely two contenders for the 2016 Presidential election tussle over US foreign policy. A divorcee, Patricia Walker sues Neiman Marcus for refusal to accept the return of 1.4 million in gifts from her now Ex-husband who was having an affair with Patricia Walker's personal shopper. Neiman Marcus' policy, which evidently isn't officially is usually incredibly generous, but not in this particular case.
