Ring My Belle Weekends: Chick-Fil-Anthropy! What a Seattle woman does to feel less guilty about eating at a fast food joint that challenges her morals

Originally aired: Saturday, July 27, 2013

Reports say Chick-Fil-A is coming to Tacoma and Lynnwood. A Seattle woman, with a fierce love for Chick-Fil-A's food, tells Rachel what she does to morally offset the guilt she feels when she eats at a restaurant that is anti gay marriage. Deadliest Catch's Captain Johnathon Hillstrand is now writing children's books, and stopped by KIRO to talk about them. A writer/editor for The Stranger talks about what he told his black, teenage son after Trayvon Martin's death. A Kentucky man's last wish was for his family to tip $500 on a pizza. After they did, the public donated $50,000 to the cause, so his brother is driving around the country giving out giant tips to servers in every state.
