With Seafair approaching Lt. Cmdr Justin Noggle calls in to breakdown USCG rescue response and the routine troubles they encounter. Additionally, Chip Nobel joins the guys to talk about the DeLorme device, which is one device that is very helpful to the USCG. Bob introduces new Washington State boating laws and is joined by a number of guests, including Wade Alanzo, George Harris and Jim Robarge, to help explain these to you. Bob tells some of his best stories from Seafair, before NMTA's, George Harris, shares some different activities available during Seafair. Plus, Ray Giomonnie from the Port of Seattle joins the show to explain some alternative options around Fisherman's Terminal during Seafair. As always, John Beath and Roy Dunbar call in to the show to give you the latest fishing and sailing reports.
