Also, younger people don't care about the hydros. // The Seattle Police Department says using cameras to instantly check license plates is an efficient way to find stolen cars and chronic parking offenders. Skeptics say it's an invasion of privacy. // The State Department has extended the closure of many American embassies in the Middle East by a week. There were no reports of violence or unusual activity in any of the countries where the United States closed diplomatic posts over the weekend. But the closings have touched off more debate about the NSA's data-collection programs. // Despite the Sept. 1 move out deadline, Nickelsville is growing, not shrinking. If it keeps growing, it could create a very ugly scenario.
