Seattle is getting safer

The Mayor says the city as a whole IS getting safer, according to statistics, but he announced Thursday that the city is funneling resources toward preventing violent crime in key areas. Brandi Kruse reports. Chris Sullivan says it's still illegal under I-502 to smoke pot in public, but the Seattle Police certainly won't be busting anyone who lights-up at Hempfest. Little kids who drink soda have more behavioral problems. That's what a new study out this morning suggests. Dave Ross Commentary: The CIA admits that there truly is an 'Area 51.'
