Army Pfc. Bradley Manning has been sentenced to 35 years in prison. Tom spoke to CBS legal analyst Andrew Cohen who says Manning could be out of jail by the time he turns 40. // Seattle City Attorney Pete Holmes rejected an SPD attempt to crackdown on 28 repeat offenders who haven't responded to civil infractions for drinking in public or sitting or lying on sidewalks. Holmes says we need to get past the rhetoric that you can either have a livable downtown or you're soft on crime. // Testimony continues in the Bales case today. Yesterday, seven Afghan nationals detailed how Staff Sgt. Robert Bales slaughtered their family members last year and how their lives have been changed since. Golden Tate can expect an earful from Packers fans Friday, but Tate says he isn't worried. Sammamish Little Leaguers are still in the championship hunt. They beat Nashville, Tenn., last night 6-5.
