Wyman, Mike and Moore

August 26, 2013 - Hour: 2

Originally aired: Monday, August 26, 2013

John Clayton comes on and Jim has to ask him about former Coug Jeff Tuel getting the starting nod for the Buffalo season opener as both their QBs are on the shelf. They also talk about the Packers/Seahawks game and he says while the performance was off, they still won the game and that's what matters most. Seahawks defensive tackle Tony McDaniel discusses his transition to the Seahawks, how he performed in Green Bay and whether he feels he can claim a DT spot. Mariners reporter Matt Pitman jumps on the line to explain why Kendrys Morales being claimed on trade waivers isn't exactly a big deal. The Mariners are just seeing what they might be able to get for him. Also, it's a little surprising to see Gutierrez this early, but the team is also facing three left-handed pitchers in the series with Texas. Could heralded prospect Taijuan Walker take Harang's rotation spot after he was released earlier?
