The parents of Hana Grace-Williams were convicted for her malnutrition and hypothermia death in Skagit County. An Everett salon owner came to the public -- and the media -- for help after he said a billion-dollar international company blindsided his small business. King County is considering an measure banning public urination. Tim Haeck reports. In Seattle, there's a place where people can get fresh fruit and vegetables for free. Rachel Belle explains.
