FIRST THINGS FIRST: The Seahawks won a surprisingly close game yesterday, but Andrew can't get over Golden Tate's taunting penalty. The game was far from over and he hadn't even scored yet. -Listeners weigh in on Golden Tate's taunting. -The federal government is debating whether to require black boxes in new cars and whether they should access to the data gathered in order to more accurately tax people for where they drive. The movement has strange bedfellows. -Uber car service delighted many around Seattle today by delivering kittens and cupcakes to users of the service. All of the kittens were adopted.
